Peeling and cleaning machine

Working Principle

Multiple parallel rotating brush rollers are arranged inside the tank. Materials tumble and get conveyed forward on the brush rollers. The rotating friction of brush rollers scrubs off dirt and peels from material surfaces. High-pressure clean water is continuously sprayed from the upper spray pipes to wash away brushed sediment and peel residues. Sediment settles in the bottom water tank for regular drainage, and clean water can be recycled after filtration. 
Brush hardness options: soft brushes for mud cleaning; hard nylon brushes for peeling.

Equipment Structure

1. Main Frame: Welded support made of SUS304 square tubes. 
2. Brush Roller Assembly: Multiple nylon brush rollers with bearing housings at both ends and synchronous chain drive; the spacing between brush rollers can be finely adjusted. 
3. Spraying System: Upper spray pipeline with water pressure of 0.2~0.4MPa. 
4. Water Tank and Drainage: Bottom water storage tank for sediment settlement, equipped with drain valve; water circulation filtration is optional. 
5. Drive System: Reduction motor with variable frequency speed regulation to control material residence time. 
6. Protective Cover: Stainless steel splash guard to prevent water splashing. 
7. Electric Control Box: Waterproof electric control with overload protection.

Applicable Materials

Suitable for: potatoes, ginger, sweet potatoes, taro, carrots, lotus roots, Chinese yams, oysters and other shellfish seafood.

Equipment Features

1. Continuous automatic processing replaces manual peeling and mud washing with high output. Material residence time is adjustable to control peeling intensity. 
2. Brush rollers can be replaced individually for easy maintenance. Soft or hard brushes are available as required. 
3. Recycled water spraying saves water; sediment settles at the bottom for convenient sewage discharge. 
4. The whole machine can be disassembled for rinsing, free of sanitary dead zones and meeting cleaning requirements of food workshops. 
5. Customizable discharge height for connection with bubble washing machines.
