Vibrating dewatering machine

The vibrating dewatering machine is auxiliary equipment for fruit and vegetable pre-treatment lines. It is generally installed after the bubble washing machine and before the turning air dryer to quickly shake off free water on material surfaces and reduce the workload of the subsequent air dryer. Constructed from SUS304 stainless steel.

Application

Working Principle

An eccentric vibration mechanism drives the stainless steel screen for reciprocating vibration. Materials jump forward on the screen surface for conveying. Free water droplets attached to materials fall off under vibration. Water passes through screen holes into the lower water collection tray and is drained via the discharge pipe. Materials are conveyed forward continuously while dewatering. The vibration frequency and amplitude are adjustable to balance dewatering performance and material damage prevention.

Equipment Structure

1. Frame: SUS304 square tube frame with shock-absorbing springs at the bottom to reduce vibration transmission and noise.
2. Vibrating Screen Trough: Screen surface made of SUS304 perforated plate or woven mesh. Aperture can be customized by material type. Side baffles prevent material splashing.
3. Vibration Drive: Dual vibration motors for synchronous excitation; excitation force is adjustable.
4. Water Collection Tray: Integrated water receiving tray with drain outlet at the bottom for centralized sewage discharge.
5. Discharge Outlet: Customizable height to connect with the feed end of the downstream turning air dryer.
6. Electric Control: Control switch and overload protection for vibration motors.

Applicable Materials

Hard fruits and vegetables such as potatoes, carrots, chili peppers, apples and ginger. Also used for preliminary dewatering of packaged products after sterilization.
