The hydraulic sausage filler adopts piston-type hydraulic drive. The hydraulic cylinder pushes the piston inside the material cylinder to perform reciprocating motion for material suction and filling. Meat paste enters the material cylinder from the hopper. Under piston pressure, the filling is evenly extruded into casings through the filling nozzle. The machine is controlled by a foot switch with adjustable filling pressure. Single-tube and double-tube models are optional for continuous sausage filling. It delivers stable pressure output and has strong adaptability to meat chunks and relatively dry fillings without damaging the meat tissue structure.
