The tilting basket fryer supports electric or gas heating media. Materials are placed into a perforated basket for frying. A stirring mechanism is optional to prevent materials from sinking and sticking together. Once frying is finished, the whole basket is lifted and tilted by motor or hydraulic drive. The perforated basket drains oil, and materials are discharged directly into a receiving trolley, eliminating manual skimming. The control system can set frying temperature and duration, and perform basket tilting for discharging. It is suitable for batch intermittent frying production.
